1. Where does My Beauty Shop ship? 

We currently ship our full sized items in the online shop worldwide via the national postal system. Our beauty box is only available to ship to European countries. 

Please note that if by some error you have purchased a beauty box subscription and live outside Europe, we will immediately refund you. And please remember you can purchase anything from the online store if you do live internationally.

2. When and how does My Beauty Shop ship? 

We always announce the current month's box by email and on Instagram, so make sure you follow us there for updates. You can usually expect your box to arrive in the last 2 weeks of the month.

Orders placed in the My Beauty Shop online store for full size items with a European delivery address are shipped via national postal system, to be received in 7-15 days Standard and 3-7 days Express delivery. For international orders, please allow 1 to 3 weeks Standard shipping, and 7 to 15 days Express. 

3. How much does shipping cost? Can I have Free Shipping?!

We've arranged the Delivery Options and estimated Delivery Times in a table below! As you can see, you can qualify for both European and International FREE Express Delivery if you spend over €75 and €100 respectively.

4. Are your orders trackable?

Sadly, no! As of now, we sadly don't offer tracking on your orders. We do however always let you know when your order is dispatched. So please wait for the maximum amount of days listed in your chosen shipping option, and only then contact us if your order is missing or late.

But each month when your beauty box ships, we will notify you via email to let you know! If you are currently not receiving this email, please be sure that you are signed up to our newsletter so we can keep you up to date on your My Beauty Box subscription!

5. How do I update my Shipping Address?

To update your address, first log into your account. You will see a link on your Account page (below your name and address) with the heading "View Addresses." Click on this link, and you will see your saved address. Below this are 3 options: "Add a new address", "Edit", and "Delete". To change your address, simply click on the second option, and enter your new information. Make sure to save the changes by clicking "Update Address".

Please also note that boxes begin to process on the 1st when we bill, so any address changes must be entered by the 29th of the month prior to apply to the following month's shipment.

6. How do I update my Billing Information?

To update your billing information, first log into your account at Birchbox.co.uk You will see a link on your Account Settings page with the heading "Update your subscription billing information." Click on this link, enter your new information, and make sure to save.

For customer security, please also be sure that your billing address in your account is identical to the one associated with your card.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all the largest credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and many more. You can also check out with PayPal if you wish.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheques, money orders, Visa gift cards, or Maestro payments.

You are not able to use Beauty Points to purchase a recurring subscription, though points are applicable toward other purchases in the online store for full-sized products.

My Beauty Box

1. What is My Beauty Box?

My Beauty Box is a monthly beauty subscription service, which delivers at least 5 deluxe beauty samples and full sized products (and sometimes even some extra surprises!) wrapped in a beautiful box straight to your door – every month. It's the perfect little present from you to you!

With My Beauty Box you can try new and much-loved beauty products from the comfort of your own home before you commit to buying anything full-size from our online shop. You can also gather Beauty Points with every beauty box or product you buy, and by referring friends, and then use the points to get huge discounts and even free products from our site.

So what are you waiting for? Time to join the beauty discovery community and time to find your next beauty must-haves!

2. How do I buy a subscription to My Beauty Box?

It's easy! Just visit our "Beauty Box" page. There, you can see how it works, what past boxes we've had, and you can sign up to a monthly subscription or just order a one-time beauty box.

3. What's a recurring subscription?


We made a recurring subscription for our beauty boxes so that you never have to miss a month. And so we could make our boxes 20% off the full price! 

Please remember that the same billing system as renewable boxes applies. If you subscribe after the 1st of that month, you are subscribing to the next month's beauty box. This is because we fulfil everyone's orders on the 1st of every month, and begin processing all beauty boxes for the next 10 to 14 days. Like this, you can expect your beauty box in the latter half of the month. But we always aim for the middle! :)

4. When will I be billed for my beauty box?

Billing is done as you subscribe. So at any point in the month you first choose to buy a beauty box subscription, that's when you're billed and pay for your first box. But the order is only fulfilled on the 1st of every month (of the month following your subscription).

We fulfil on the 1st of each month and ship by the middle of each month. You will always receive a shipping confirmation email and Instagram updates when the current month's boxes ship, so check back and stay in touch!

5. Can I change my billing or shipping date?

Generally, we are not able to change the monthly billing or shipping schedule for subscriptions. After your first box begins to process when you purchase your subscription, you will fall on our regular billing and shipping cycle.

When you place your order for a monthly subscription, you will be billed for your first beauty box immediately. If you purchase your subscription up to the last day of the month, your billing date is right then, and your fulfilment date (=date we accept and process your payment) will be on the 1st of the following month. From there, your box will ship within 10 to 15 days after successful fulfilment. After the second monthly cycle, your billing date will always fall on the day of the month you subscribed, with shipment confirmation by the 10th.

For all subscribers who purchase their subscription before the 1st of the month, you will be billed for all following boxes right then, and have your order fulfilled on the 1st of the month and receive shipping confirmation by the 10th.

However, we do try to be flexible! And we understand that "life happens". So for one off-boxes and unexpected circumstances, just email us at contact@mybeautyshop.eu and let us know your requests. We can't promise anything, but we can try to accommodate you!

6. Can I change the shipping method so I get my box faster?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to express ship beauty boxes. We always will process your box and orders as quickly as possible and try to have these shipping within 5 to 7 working days.

You can always expect your beauty box to arrive around of after the middle to the end of the month. And we always aim for the middle!

7. What payment methods do you accept for subsections?

8. What are Beauty Points and how do I earn them?

Beauty Points  - and a great way for you to get the most out of your in-store purchases and beauty box subscription! And it's really easy! You earn points every time you shop, begin your beauty box subscription, refer friends to buy their own subscriptions or anything from the online store, or even when you make an account with My Beauty Shop or follow us on Instagram. We also give you Beauty Points on your birthday - because, well, it's your birthday! 

There are many ways to earn points!

  • You earn 1 Beauty Point for every 1€ you spend in the online shop on full-size products.*
  • You earn 100 Beauty Points when you begin your beauty box subscription. So if you sign up for a recurring subscription, you'll get the 100 points this one time.**
  • You earn 25 Beauty Points simply by making an account on mybeautyshop.eu.
  • You earn 25 Beauty Points by following us on Instagram - so go follow us there!
  • You earn 100 Beauty Points when you refer a friend, and that friend makes a purchase. And on top of that, we'll give your friend a 10% discount to your friend too!
  • And of course, you earn 100 Beauty Points on your birthday - so treat yourself!

*Please note when making a purchase with points - points will not be credited for that order as points were used on the purchase.

**Please note that if you unsubscribe for a while and then come back, you won't get another 100 points when you restart a subscription...

9. How do I spend Beauty Points?

Every 100 Beauty Points is equal to 10€ in the shop!

You can spend your points how you wish, on any full-sized items in the online store (unless otherwise expressly indicated). Once you have earned your first Beauty Points, they will be available as a payment method during the checkout process.

It should be very easy to start collecting points! For example, if you just make an account with us and follow us on Instagram, you will earn 50 points. That's your first free 5€! If, for example, you subscribe to the beauty box and refer 2 friends (or family members), you've earned 300 points - that's 30€ you can spend in the online store straight away!*

*Please note that you can only redeem Beauty Points in multiples of 100 points. 

10. Can I use my Beauty Points to pay for my subscription?

You are not able to use Birchbox Points toward any monthly subscriptions. Points can be used towards the purchasing full size, full priced orders in the My Beauty Shop online store.

Please note some items may be excluded from points use - such as Limited Edition or some discounted products. This will be indicated on the product page where applicable.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

While we hope you'll continue discovering new brands and products with us, we totally understand that you sometimes just need a break...

If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. Just head to your "Account Settings" and click the link under the "Subscriptions" category labeled "Cancel Subscription". You will not be billed again or receive any additional boxes. However, if you've already been billed for the current month, your cancellation will go into effect the following month and you will still receive the current month’s box.

So if you do want to leave us (sad face), make sure you do it before the 1st of every month - that's the day we fulfil billing for everyone for their subscriptions.

12. How can I cancel my subscription?

Noooo! We're so sad that you're looking to cancel your subscription. :(

If you'd like to pass along any feedback (we love constructive criticism!), make sure that your Profile is updated and that you're getting the most out of your subscription. You can talk to us any time!

If you're definitely ready to take a break, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. First, you will need to log into your Account on a computer -  head to your "Account Settings" (which can be located under your name in the top right hand corner of the screen.)  You'll see a link labelled "Cancel Subscription." Once you have reached the cancellations page, you will be prompted to confirm your cancellation.  Once your cancellation is complete, all billing will be cancelled.

Remember, if you've already been billed for the current month (day you first subscribed to the box), your cancellation will be effective starting next month. On the plus side, you'll get a box that month!

13. I Have Cancelled My Subscription But Already Been Billed?

Billing is placed on the 1st of every month.

If you have cancelled your subscription after billing has been placed - you will still get the beauty box which you have been billed for. By cancelling - you have cancelled the subscription and the recurring payment - not that month's box. Therefore this will still be shipped to you when dispatch begins around the middle of the month.

1. What is your shipping policy? Do you offer free shipping? Express shipping?

We explain all of this in detail in the "Delivery and Billing" section, so make sure you check it out!

2. What are your return and exchange policies?

We're so sorry, but we don't currently take returns and exchanges. Since most products in the online store would be damaged with any use or opening, we cannot have them returned to us as of now. Thanks so much for understanding!

3. My order arrived damaged!

We're so sorry that there was an issue with your shipment - we'd love to help! Please reach out to us at contact@mybeautyshop.eu so that we can help out.

Be sure to let us know the item that was damaged, your order number and your account email address.

4. I didn't receive an item in my order.

In the event that your order has arrived incomplete then please let us know as soon as possible so we can help! Drop us a line at contact@mybeautyshop.eu so that we can help out.

5. I didn't receive my order...

All orders will ship from our warehouse the working day after purchase. Orders placed between Monday to Thursday will ship the next day, and those placed from Friday to Sunday will ship the following Monday. All orders from My Beauty Shop are sent via national post and should be expected within the delivery times shown in the table in section "Delivery and Billing" or in the first answer above. 

All orders placed on My Beauty Shop are currently sent via an untracked service which means, unfortunately, we can’t track your parcel once it has left the warehouse.
